Bongani Mbuqe - Executive Chairman
Bongani is a professional with experience in Management Accounting spanning for two decades in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, steel and gas industries.
This experience involves budgets and budgeting, advising management about financial implications on projects, before and after execution. This includes monitoring of spending and financial controls by setting up targets and conducting internal audits. Bongani also has some banking experience relating to internal controls and their usage.
The expertise I have includes; preparation of budgets packs from planning, implementation, to monitoring and controlling budgets; forecasting packs; preparation of income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement; preparation and submission of accurate weekly and monthly management accounts.
Bongani possesses a fair amount of cost control and variance analysis with a view to support management and company goals; creation and maintenance of internal controls and making sure that compliance is adhered by visiting and questioning each transactions in the business cycle; development and maintenance of standard costing - including bill of material (BOM) and routings; assisting in CAPEX projections by calculating necessary financial implications and administration thereof and Recruiting, training and maintaining of staff within the department.
Taking the initiative involves understanding what the customer focus is and exercising interpersonal sensitivity in order to help achieve company’s goals is what drives Bongani. He is a logical thinker and likes solving problems.

This Bachelor of Commerce graduate specialises in Accounting & Auditing and has experience in Financial Accounting and Projects Management obtained in the manufacturing and petro-chemical industries in a career spanning for almost two decades. This experience is in lower to middle management.
His duties ranges from preparing budgets for departments, costs control, fixed assets management from start to finish, system testing in the financial accounting modelling, project costs and cash flow management, supply chain processes specialising on procure to pay, reconciliations, managing people and training of personnel.
He is also involved in the developing and maintaining management reports and dash boards. These include business risk management, developing SOX controls and interacting with external auditors within the areas of responsibilities.
The experiences also include involvement in departmental planning, strategies, goals and targets settings, execution and monitoring and supporting the company goals. Understating of the customer needs and interactions with stakeholders comes with the territory. Attention to details and adhering to deadlines and all companies and legal statutes and including safety within area of control.

Doctor Makhanya is a Financial Control Manager with a Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting (Vaal University of Technology); B COMPT (UNISA); Leadership Certificate in Oil & Energy (WITS Business School) and currently busy with a CIMA qualification.
This experienced professional possesses more than 20 years proven experience in obtained in the oil industry where he has worked for Sasol and Total SA of which 10 years has been in various management roles. Doctor possesses Analytical, Planning and Control skills that have been acquired over the past two decades. Doctor’s expertise lie in the following field - Finance and Management Accounting & Reporting; Internal Controls; Budgeting & Budget controlling; Financial and Business Analysis; Forecasting; Financial Modelling; Investments & projects evaluation and Team management.
He has business interest in Investments and Consulting as well as a transport business. He also aims to continue adding value on current and future projects, and opportunities to get involved in projects/roles.
Doctor’s future ambition is to establish and grow a career in Sports Management.

Patrick Maphike is a qualified Software Developer and obtained his BSc Computer Science degree from Wits University. He has ten years’ experience in the successful design, development and support of live use applications. This includes writing Financial Trading solution for the JSE and its clients.
His main duties include - Desktop software and Web development; Derivatives Trading; Derivatives Trading Risk Management; Government and Corporate Bond Trading; Equity Trading; Computer Networking; Team management; Business Requirement; Project Planning; Technical Impact Analyses and Software Support.

Griffon Vilakazi
Griffon Vilakazi is a qualified Plant Inspector registered with the South African Welding Institute (SAIW). He also possesses certificates in Refractory Course - certified by Dr JD Hancook; a GULL Course certificate from Guided Iltrasound Ltd as well as various management skills certificates.
As a plant Inspector he specializes in conducting of statutory and non-statutory inspections on Pressure Vessels, Tanks and Pipelines (Systems under pressure); execution of non-destructive examinations; issuing of recommended repairs and the monitoring of repairs.
Determine the future recommendations of inspection frequencies based on life expectancy of equipment as determined with the Process Corrosion Monitoring System (PCMS) program; and also considering factors that might have an influence on the next grading.
His duties include writing and compiling detailed inspection reports for legal and historical purposes; determine areas to be inspected and prepare inspection requirements for shutdown and maintenance inspections. He also handles and supervises shutdowns on my units/plants
Griffon is familiar with different fabrication codes, i.e. API, ASME and possesses a sound knowledge of the contents and application of these codes and specifications.
He is knowledgeable about the different types of materials and the different techniques of welding and heat treatment thereof; the different high technology NDT techniques and also on the different types of corrosion and erosion phenomena.
He also specialise in Third Party Inspection where he review and approves repairs packages, release pipes, flanges, etc from the stores for welding on site; witness pressure tests; view the X-Ray films and signing off the reports; do surveillance points on production welds as well as qualifying welders and procedures.
